Pregnancy is one of the most important times in a woman's life. We offer classes to support the physical journey of carrying a child and delivery, to becoming a mother, and beyond.
Each class offers meditation, breathing practices, and movement through yoga postures. The sequence of each class is designed to create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a practice designed to support the changes in the pregnant body.
Prenatal Yoga classes provide a safe, peaceful and supportive environment for expectant mothers and are a wonderful way to connect with other mothers-to-be. The classes are appropriate for both new and experienced students and are led by teachers trained and experienced in prenatal yoga.
